Samgha is a world of people who have a clear goal to reach and can not afford to be less respect for their lives.
Everyone aspires to be respected and free, so it must first respect the freedom of others. If you do not respect, while demanding respect, if you block the life of another, while demanding their freedom, joining defect.
Living in balance means knowing that you have always given their best, the base of which is respect. The
Samgha is a world of people who are respected because they have learned to respect themselves, believing.

Man is conditioned by external circumstances, everything is a source of conditioning, but everyone has within himself all the tools to live in balance and if you believe in this principle, thinking positively about what's in the here and now, knows he has much to be done to consolidate their own choices, always giving the right value every action you choose to pursue. The
Samgha can be a source of conditioning for the one who approaches it: On the positive side because I live where you can awaken freedom, harmony, beauty and ideal materialized; negative as regards the capacity that has in place the Samgha 'man in front of himself and thus also in front of their boundaries. He is the person to decide whether to have the courage to face their own limitations. The objective is the ego.
Man tends to build links data from the fear of loneliness, and then death. Anyone who lives within the
Samgha learn to grow with people like themselves. Beauty is in the sharing that can be where there is a need and then the link. Every man chooses to live
thing of reality. Good and evil exist if they lived within. The
Samgha grows and evolves, choose what to believe and live, day after day, piece after piece, builds its eternity. The size of Samgha is in the individual. The truth is that every single man is expressed in the Ideal.

As you can not assume to build a castle on the sand and impregnable balance so you can not base their life on a thought that both logical and consistent basis.
The self-confidence stems from the awareness that it generated logical actions with what they say they believe it. The follower of Theravada thought
aims primarily to be a concrete manifestation of the Teaching, a tool driven by a perfectly logical thinking that leads man to live the satisfaction of existence.

Theravada philosophy is based on respect, Master Chen teaches, "do not do to others what you do not want done to you." From my point of view of simplicity of this statement is contained the essence of the word respect.
